Busy Night

Three games going tonight. Celtics, Bruins and Red Sox. Tonight was if there ever was a night to have picture in picture on your TV set this was the night.
However, realistically one game out weighed the importance of the others by far.
Sure you hockey fans may take umbrage with my priorities on this night, but it is what it is.
First of all, despite this being a baseball town, the Red Sox obviously are not part of the equation tonight.
But you might ask how is game two for the green team more important than game number three for the black and gold?
Simple. This was a must win for the C’s. Dropping the first two games in your own barn is suicide.
So for the Celtics to continue to the next round, a better effort was expected from the World Champions tonight right from the gitty up and predictably they came out like entirely different team than the one we saw in game one.
Rondo was once again aggressive, Ray Allen was back to shooting the basketball well and the Celtics carried a fifteen point halftime lead, compared to a 18 point deficit in game one.
Now the fun begins because I have yet to see anything that makes me believe Orlando is a better team. So I for one wouldn’t be surprised if the Celtics are able to take two in Florida. It wouldn’t surprise me a bit, but looking ahead to Sunday the priorities very well could change again. We shall see.
